The packages are generally shipped 48 hours after payment is received.

Each instrument is carefully packed, with the utmost care and safe for the instrument. We use sturdy cardboard boxes, specially designed for our Handpans. The Handpan itself is carefully packed, protected in a box. For safety reasons we’ll sent all packages within Europe including insurance. Please contact us if you want to ship outside Europe.
